Himalayan Camp – Tirthan Valley Tentative Schedule By Regular 3AC Train (Batch No. 01 to 07)
Day 01: Depart from Ahmedabad for Delhi by 3 AC train in the morning/evening.

Day 02: Arrive Delhi in the morning and leave for Tirthan Campsite by luxury bus/tempo travellers. Arrive Campsite at around 23.30. Basic instructions & tent allotment.

Day 03: Orientation meeting, breakfast and Rappelling in the morning. Short trek to Chhoie water fall after lunch.

Day 04: Visit GHNP Interpretation centre in the morning. River crossing and Fun games in the evening.

Day 05: Full day visit to Jalori Pass with packed lunch and trek to Serolsar Lake.

Day 06: Visit Himalayan Trout fish breeding farm in the morning. Mountain biking and valley crossing after lunch. Depart for Delhi after dinner.

Day 07: Arrive Delhi in the morning. Transfer to a hotel for freshen up (Please note that no extra bed will be provided) and depart for Ahmedabad by 3 Ac train in the evening.

Day 08: Arrive Ahmedabad in the morning/afternoon.

*Please note that this is a tentative schedule and may change as per the operational feasibility.
*Final travel schedule will be ready 2 days before the departure.
*In case if any Camp activity is cancelled due to weather condition or any other unforeseen reason/s, no refund will be given for that.

Himalayan Camp – Tirthan Valley Tentative Schedule By Special 3AC Coach Batch 08 to 12
DAY 01: Depart in the morning from Ahmedabad for Chandigarh by train in a 3 Ac special (chartered) bogie.

Day 02: Arrive Chandigarh and leave for Tirthan Campsite by Bus/tempo travellers. Arrive Campsite in the evening at around 20:00. Basic instructions & tent allotment.

Day 03: Orientation meeting, breakfast and Rappelling in the morning. Short trek to Chhoie water fall after lunch.

Day 04: Visit GHNP Interpretation centre in the morning. River crossing and Fun games in the evening.

Day 05: Full day visit to Jalori Pass with packed lunch and trek to Serolsar Lake.

Costing: Our charges are inclusive of accomodation, travelling from Ahmedabad (by different modes), food, service charges and GST. All charges are per person.

Batch No. 01 to 07 are also open for families.

From Ahmedabad 3AC Train Journey Regular Coach: (Batch No. 01 to 07)
Rs. 23,600/- For Students (11 to 22 yrs)
Rs. 25,300/- For Others (Above 22 yrs)
Rs. 21,600/- For Child with Family (5 to 10 yrs)

From Ahmedabad 3AC Train Journey Special Coach: (Batch No. 08 to 11)
Rs. 25,600/- For Students (11 to 22 yrs)

Registration:
Please fill up the registration form and pay an advance of Rs. 10,000/- for 3 AC Train Journey to confirm your booking. The balance payment should reach our office at least 30 days before the commencement of the journey. Reservation is done on first come first served basis. Railway reservation will depend on the availability of tickets. 

Package Cost Includes:
All meals during the camp / tour (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Transfers & sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary by Non-A/c Vehicle. Accommodation in Tents.

Package Cost Does Not Include:
Any meals other than those mentioned above. Any Hotel tips, Room Service, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Camera fees wherever applicable. Ropeway/Boating charges wherever applicable. In case if any sightseeing place is cancelled or rescheduled, due to any unforeseen reasons, no refund will be given for that.

Cheques or DD should be in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED, payable at VADODARA only.

A batch in any programme is subjet to cancellation if the total number of participants is below 20.

Cancellation Charges*:
Minimum : @10%
Between 30 & 15 days : @25%
Between 14 & 8 days : @50%
Last 7 days : No Refund

* Cancellation charges will be applicable on total Program cost.
* Please note that the booking is not transferable.
* Please bring original receipt for claiming the refund.

*In case of Government Lockdownbecause of Covid, the cancellation charges would be only Rs.1,000/-. Rest of the amount will be refunded. For any other reason, the regular cancellation policy will be applied.

• Jain food will be provided on demand as per availability.
• The amount once paid is non transferable.
  
• The balance payment is to be paid at least 30 days before the departure of the batch. If balance payment is not made on time it would automatically be considered cancelled without any prior intimation and no refund would be given in this regard.
  
• Local Cheque/Demand Draft should be issued in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED. Outstation cheque would not be accepted.
  
• Payment against dishonoured cheque/s to be paid in cash with additional charge of Rs.200/- per cheque.
  
• No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
• According to the strength of the group proper vehicle would be arranged and that should be acceptable to all.
  
• Participants will have to walk to visit the places that are near to the hotel or where our vehicle cannot reach.
  
• Please do not bring valuables in the tour. It will be participant's duty to take care of their own luggage.
• The organisers shall not be held responsible for loss/theft of the participant’s luggage and belongings.
• At any point during the tour if any damage is done to the hotel property or bus or at any other point knowingly or unknowingly by any participant the responsible participant will have to bear the total damage charges and will have to settle it on the spot.
  
• Tour may be cancelled if there is not enough strength; actual amount paid by the participant towards the trip will be refunded by A/c payee cheque only. No other claims will be entertained.
  
• It is the responsibility of participant to collect the necessary travel documents from our office on time. The organisers or any individual connected with it will not be held responsible in case of any accident or any unforeseen calamity.
  
• The Company reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a passenger on tour in event of unreasonable behaviour at any time.
  
• The Company has the right at any time and for any reason to amend, alter, vary or withdraw/substitute a hotel, travel arrangement or independent contractor for the reasons, which may be deemed fit and proper by the Company. The passengers shall have no rights to raise any dispute regarding the same.
  
• In case if the tour days increases due to any unforeseen circumstances, the participants will have to pay Rs.2,000/- per head per day in cash to the tour manager.
  
• Outdoors Unlimited has the right to use the participant's name, information and photographs in promotional materials, brochures and press releases.
  
• In case if any rescue operation is to be undertaken, it will be charged from the participants on actual basis.
  
• In case if the tour is cancelled or abandoned due to any unforeseen circumstances, no refund would be given.
  
• Organisers will not be responsible towards any internal disputes arising with fellow participants.
• We are not bound to provide name, address or any other personal details of other participants.
• Any claim or complaint by the passenger must be notified to the Company in writing within ten days after the tour completion date. No claim notified to the Company outside this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability in respect thereof.
  
• If the passenger has any complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors, the passenger shall immediately notify the same to the independent contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the tour manager, to enable the Company to take up the matter with the independent contractor.
  
• The signing of the booking form by the passengers shall mean acceptance in totality of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein by the passengers. In case of one or more, but not all passengers signing the ‘Booking Form’, it shall be deemed that the others have duly authorized the concerned signing passenger.
  
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of Vadodara courts only.

Disclaimer: While all care will be taken for the safety of the participants, OUTDOORS UNLIMITED, or any individual OR agency connected to it would not be held responsible for any accident or any unforeseen incident. Participants will have to look after their luggage throughout the journey as well as during the camp/tour. Doctor’s certificate would be required if the participant is undergoing any medical treatment, is over-weight or above 60 years.
OUTDOORS UNLIMITED reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a participant during the camp/eco-tour in event of unreasonable behaviour in such cases no refund will be given.

• Reporting
  
• Please mark your attendance with the Group Leader as per mentioned time and date given in the Final itinerary.
• Please do not board the Train without Reporting.
  
• Itinerary is only for Parents’ reference, Participants should carry only the lower slip of the Itinerary. 

• A Specially designed certificate would be issued to all those campers who complete all the activities and abide by the Camp discipline.
